The Firm & Flatten Your Abs program is a comprehensive abs system. I recommend it mainly if you want to get flat abs and suffer from back pain. The core exercises stabilize the spine which is the main reason causing back problems. Although the program is for everybody it is not all that simple. If you want to see real results it requires fairly intense volume. You need to be willing to spend significant time.
